MY BEST FRIEND

When I first met my best friend Noelia, I thought she was kind and pretty. We did not go to the same school but we went to the same high school. At the beggining, she did not want to be my friend because her other friend was bad and I did not like her. Stressfull classes and hard exams made us to know. Now, she is the best person I have ever met. She is very intelligent and cheerful. I really love spend time with her. Crying does not exist when I am close to her.
She is studying "Traducción e Interpretación" at University of Granada and because of that I am very sad not to stay everyday with her but, at the same time, I am glad because she is achiving her dream.I really love her.

THE ANNE`S DECISION

This is a film I watched and I really liked it. I would like to talk about it because the message it contains is really wonderful. Sometimes, when you watch a film, you can have three sensations: I am in love of it, it was ok or it was awful. I am going to speak about the first one.

The film is about a little girl who was brought to the world for one reason: to help her sister health. The little girl had experienced more operations than you have ever imagined and she was happy to help her sister but her sister saw the real pain in her small eyes.

Not all the fims are based on real facts but this was one. I have never thought that a film could touch my heart so much and the important issue is that, sometimes, we are not the owner of our bodies.
Other example is people who suffer from falling sickness, They are really fighters because they are not conscious about when are going to suffer the attack.

All in all, here we have an example about the real life, not always everything is pink and happy. We have to realize the obstacles the life throws at us and, more important, to know how to fight with them.

DANGEROUS SPORTS

Should dangerous sports such as boxing or motor-racing be banned?

Millions of people play sport every day, and, inevitably, some suffer injury or pain. Most players and spectators accept this risk. However, some people would like to see dangerous sports such as boxing banned. This essay will examine some of the reasons for banning certain sports.

Some sports are  an excuse for violence. Boxing is a perfect example. The last thing an increasingly violent world needs is more violence on our television. The sight of two men (or even women) bleeding, with faces ripped open, trying to obliterate each other is barbaric. Other sports, such as American football or rugby, are also barely-concealed violence.

Some people argue that the players can choose to participate. However this is not always the case. Many boxers, for example, come from disadvantaged backgrounds. They are lured by money or by social or peer pressure and then cannot escape. Even in richer social groups, schools force unwilling students to play aggressive team sports, claiming that playing will improve the students’ character (or the school’s reputation), but in fact increasing the risk of injury.

Even where people can choose, they sometimes need to be protected against themselves. Most people approve of governments’ efforts to reduce smoking. In the same way, governments need to act if there are unacceptably high levels of injuries in sports such as football, diving, mountaineering, or motor-racing.
I accept that all sports involve challenge and risk. However, violence and aggression should not be permitted in the name of sport. Governments and individuals must act to limit brutality and violence, so that children and adults can enjoy and benefit from sport.

DURING CHRISTMAS...

I really felt the necessity to relax and be with my family in my last holiday. During the week, I live in Murcia, far from them and I am used to be all the time with my mom, my sisters and my dad. They always support my decisions and respect them. Added to this, Ï enjoyed Christmas holiday but not as I imagined. This is the first time I am studying at University and I had never had to study during these two weeks and a half.

Everyday, I woke up at 9.00. I had breakfast and started to study until the time to have lunch and after it, again. During the night, I cannot stydy, it is impossible for me to concentrate because I am really tired. It is noteworthy to mention the parties. At Christmas Eve, New Year Eve and the kings night, I went to party in my village. I really feel the urge to see my friends because they also study out my village and now, we do not see each other as usual.

I cannot say that my holiday has been bad or tired but I wish they were more relaxing and grateful. Now, in twoo weeks time, lectures are going to start again and all of us should be ready to face the problems and enjoy this excited course.

UNEMPLOYMENT

So here we are in the middle of a world recession or the 'credit crunch' (or 'credit crisis') as the media like calling it. I'm sure that wherever you are in the world, you are seeing signs all around you.
Companies are having to make cut backs in order to survive, and avoid going under. This downscaling is taking many forms: some companies are making works redundant, others are forcing workers to take pay cuts or work reduced hours.  Rising unemployment means that it’s becoming increasingly more difficult for those who have been laid off, to find new jobs.
In the UK a number of high-profile companies have already gone bust. I know this problem is really difficult to solve but we have to make an effort and to built a better world without poverty. Everybody deserves a job so, please, let's do all you can to "save" the world.

INTRODUCTION AND CONCLUSION FOR GETTING PREGNANT AT 16

The birth rate for teenagers 15-19 years is rising every year. Adolescence pregnancy continues to have major medical, social and econimic impact in United States witn an adolescent birth rate  ranking the highest  of developed countries. Studies have shown  that adolescent  pregnancy is not simply the result of a girl's failure to obtain and use contraception, but is instead inexorably linked to many social , cultural, educational and economic factors  influencing adolescent risk-taking behaviors.

Adolescent pregnancy continues to be a major social concern. The social and economic impact of teen pregnancy is great, not only for the adolescent but also for society. Not only do adolescemts need comprehensive sexuality education that encourages them to remain abstinent and provides instruction on appropiate use of birth control but they also need ready access to affordabe contraception. In addition, education regarding the negative consequences of adolescent parenthood, encouragement to practice healthy behaviours, and help finding emotional support are also essential.

TEEN MOM

1. Nowadays, a high percentage of girls get pregnant at the age of 16 above all in America.
1.1. Due to the fact of no use protection.
1.2. They want to claim the attention of their parents.

2. At this age, girls are not prepared to be mothers because of their immaturity  and most of them do not have a serious job to maintain their children.
2.1. They have to spend so much money in diapers, milk, clothes and all the necessities a baby required.
2.2. Young mothers may suffer from depression after giving birth.
2.3.The young father could disappear because of the panic that being a father of a family at this age may cause him.

3. Some parents do not accept helping their daughters with the babies because of the disappointment of the new situation.
3.1. On this way, the young parents have to face the music and go ahead alone.
3.2. Some of them have to give aside their studies and look for a job to maintain their new family.

4. Youngsters have to be conscious about the consequences of their acts and to know hot to face them in case they will commit something like I have explained above. Million of 16-years-old girls have been young mothers and some of them did not receive their parental support and this is so sad.
