UNEMPLOYMENT

So here we are in the middle of a world recession or the 'credit crunch' (or 'credit crisis') as the media like calling it. I'm sure that wherever you are in the world, you are seeing signs all around you.

Companies are having to make cut backs in order to survive, and avoid going under. This downscaling is taking many forms: some companies are making works redundant, others are forcing workers to take pay cuts or work reduced hours.  Rising unemployment means that it’s becoming increasingly more difficult for those who have been laid off, to find new jobs.

In the UK a number of high-profile companies have already gone bust. I know this problem is really difficult to solve but we have to make an effort and to built a better world without poverty. Everybody deserves a job so, please, let's do all you can to "save" the world.

INTRODUCTION AND CONCLUSION FOR GETTING PREGNANT AT 16

The birth rate for teenagers 15-19 years is rising every year. Adolescence pregnancy continues to have major medical, social and econimic impact in United States witn an adolescent birth rate  ranking the highest  of developed countries. Studies have shown  that adolescent  pregnancy is not simply the result of a girl's failure to obtain and use contraception, but is instead inexorably linked to many social , cultural, educational and economic factors  influencing adolescent risk-taking behaviors.

Adolescent pregnancy continues to be a major social concern. The social and economic impact of teen pregnancy is great, not only for the adolescent but also for society. Not only do adolescemts need comprehensive sexuality education that encourages them to remain abstinent and provides instruction on appropiate use of birth control but they also need ready access to affordabe contraception. In addition, education regarding the negative consequences of adolescent parenthood, encouragement to practice healthy behaviours, and help finding emotional support are also essential.

TEEN MOM

1. Nowadays, a high percentage of girls get pregnant at the age of 16 above all in America.
   1.1. Due to the fact of no use protection.
   1.2. They want to claim the attention of their parents.

2. At this age, girls are not prepared to be mothers because of their immaturity  and most of them do not have a serious job to maintain their children.
   2.1. They have to spend so much money in diapers, milk, clothes and all the necessities a baby required.
   2.2. Young mothers may suffer from depression after giving birth.
   2.3.The young father could disappear because of the panic that being a father of a family at this age may cause him.

3. Some parents do not accept helping their daughters with the babies because of the disappointment of the new situation.
   3.1. On this way, the young parents have to face the music and go ahead alone.
   3.2. Some of them have to give aside their studies and look for a job to maintain their new family.

4. Youngsters have to be conscious about the consequences of their acts and to know hot to face them in case they will commit something like I have explained above. Million of 16-years-old girls have been young mothers and some of them did not receive their parental support and this is so sad.

A WONDERFUL WORLD

Why music is necessary to us?
Music provides us a different world to dream of because there are many moments we need to be distracted o simply we want to dream in a different world without troubles.
Some people believe that music is their way to escape from illness, boredom or the real life. This life is really difficult many times and we need a pill which help us to live calm and happy. For many people this pill I said above is music. Music has become an important role in our lifes.

IS A GOOD IDEA TO CELEBRATE THE OLIMPIC GAMES IN YOUR COUNTRY?

Nowadays, sport is one of the things that moves thousands of people in the world. Most of us love sport and sometimes we are addicted to it. Now, we can talk about holding an event such as The Olympic Games. There are several points of view about this topic.

On the one hand, some people argue that The Olympic Games organization requires a lot of effort and sacrifice. Furthermore, it takes a lot of time and very much money to prepare and carry them out. Only countries with a strong economy could celebrate The Olympic Games in one of their cities since holding that kind of event requires a large investment of money because it is necessary to build the adequate facilities for this.

On the other hand, as I have said above, it is clear that The Olympics requires a lot of money and a country in crisis could not afford it although, in 6 years time, it may be its economy has improved.

One of the main advantage of this is that it is the best showcase for everybody to see your city and your country. Of course, it is necessary to know how to sell the best image of your country to stakeholders who make the final decision.

As a conclusion, I personally think that holding The Olympic Games is always positive because it creates tourism, employment and comsumption, that is, three of the most important aspects for a country to succed.

APART FROM ACADEMIC SUBJECTS, WHAT DO YOU LEARN FROM GOING TO SCHOOL?

Everybody knows that, apart from academic subjects , most teachers try to inculcate some important moral values in their pupils. Those values are supposed to have been acquired at home before and then, they are reinforced at school by teachers.
There are different points of view in relacion to this topic.

To begin with, many people argue that the suitable place to learn essential values, such as respect, generosity, integrity, esteem and so on, is at home. That is, parents have the responsability to educate their children and let them know what is right, what is wrong and how to behave with each other in a plural society.

As far as essential values acquisition are concerned, some people think that not only parents are an example to follow, but this task should be carried out by teachers at school as well. As teachers have quialified knowledge and they are used to treat with children, they also know how to lead them on the right way and to solve their conflicts by giving them some advices.

In brief, this is a broad topic to develop on and as we have seen, there are several opinions to consider. I personally think that the basis of a good education lies on the family, that is, children discover the main values by taking their parents as an example and school is a good place where you can put into practice with your classemates and teachers all what you have learnt.

DO YOU THINK IMMIGRANTS ARE TREATED WELL IN MOST COUNTRIES?

Immigration is the movement of people into other country to which they not native in order to settle there. It is a result of a number of factors, including economic and political reasons, family re-unification or the wish to change one's life voluntarily. Since our ancestors were nomads, immigration exists.

Many years ago, when the immigration movement started, in America, immigrants were treated differently.
On the one hand, there were those that were welcomed in the community and given equal opportunities like residents.

On the other hand, some immigrants were treated with cruelty and forced to be slaves.
Since 2000, Spain has experienced high population growth as a result of immigrantion. The treatment immigrants receive in Spain is quite fair. They receive decent medical attention even when they are illegal.

To sum up, I personally think it is selfish, racist and cruel not to let other people live where they can have better lives than where they were born.

CAPITAL CENTRE

Unfortunately, I have never travel abroad so one of the places I like the most in Spain is Madrid.Madrid, as a capital city, has a huge range of things to do and it is one of the busiest places in Spain.

My cousin is studying there and he is always telling how wonderful is Madrid. He is really happy to be there. Next December I am going to travel Madrid to watch 40 Principales Prizes and I am very desperated and excited at the same time. Moreover, Madrid has all the facilities tourists need, all the places there are comunicated by train, bus and underground. 

Shops there are really cool, my favourite is Abercrombie because there are very lovely clothes although they are more expensive than in common shops. You can also visit the most famous places such as The Prados's Museum, Retiro's Park, Warner Bross Theme Park, Lion King Musical and so on.

I personally recommend you to go there. You surely spend a great time with your friends and family. Madrid is one of the most alive cities in Spain and you will not never forget that experience.

HEALTHY EATING HABITS

Food gives our body the energy we need to function. For many people, changing eating habits is very hard. We may have had certain eating habits for so long that we do not realized if they are healthy.Some scientists have shown that with work pressure and stressful lifestyle, many people do not have enough time to cook so they often buy fast food.

Is is very important for people to have good eating habits because abusing of junk food, prepared and high-fat meals can cause heart disease, diabetes and obessity to us.

It is necessary to remark that breakfast sets the tone for the day. A healthy breakfast will give our body the energy it need to get us to lunch.

As far as children are concerned we can say that by teaching them healthy eating habits and encourage them to do exercise when they are young, both will help them to mantain a healthy lifestyle when they are adults.
